PRIVACY INFORMATION · 17 AUGUST 2026
Your enquiry,
handled carefully.
This information applies to the initial enquiry form at blackatlastravel.co.uk.
Who is responsible
Black Atlas is a trading name of Jason Stuart Eric Black, who is responsible for the personal information collected through this form. Contact: hello@blackatlastravel.co.uk.
What is collected
Your name, email address, optional telephone number and date of birth, contact preference, possible destination, dates, party size, indicative budget and the journey details you choose to provide. The form also records when you acknowledged this information. Please do not send passport, payment or medical information.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your request and take steps, at your request, towards researching or arranging travel. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR. Date of birth is optional at this stage and may help assess age-dependent travel requirements; you may leave it blank.
Who may receive it
Website and data-hosting providers process the information to operate this service. If you ask Black Atlas to progress an enquiry, relevant details may later be shared with InteleTravel UK Ltd and appropriate travel suppliers so they can research, quote or arrange the requested services. You will receive further booking terms and privacy information before a booking is made.
How long it is kept
An enquiry that does not proceed will normally be deleted 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Information needed for a progressed enquiry or booking may need to be retained for a different period under applicable booking, accounting or legal requirements; that will be explained at the relevant stage.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, and in some circumstances object or request portability. Rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis. Contact hello@blackatlastravel.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
International processing
Some technology or travel providers may process information outside the UK. Where this applies, an appropriate legal transfer mechanism must be used. More specific information will be provided when the providers needed for an enquiry are known.
